COVID-19

To all of our lovely guests,

Governor Charlie Baker announced today that all non-essential businesses in Massachusetts close their doors through May 4th. This is for both the safety of our employees as well as the safety of all of our guests.

We believe this to be the right decision, though it weighs heavily on our hearts as we approach the start of wedding season. We know each and every one of you has been affected by this situation, and we want you to know we think of you daily. The shadow this is casting on the events leading up to your wedding day, as well as the day itself, is unnerving. We will continue to do whatever is in our power to assist you during this unprecedented event.

Here are some things you can expect from us in the next couple of weeks.

All appointments are officially cancelled between now and May 4th. At that time, if we feel it is safe to open our doors, we will do so. We will keep you informed either way.

If you were scheduled to pick up an item at Bella Sera before the 4th, our doors will be closed. If you do need an item before then, you should reach out to me directly at lisa@bellaserabride.com. I will be there on certain days, and will make sure you receive your goods.

If you were scheduled to pick up an item at Shoes to Dye For before the 4th, our doors will be closed. If you do need an item before then, you should reach out to Ron directly at 508.653.6063.

If your dress is scheduled to ship, we will contact you for final payment and have the gown shipped. I will track the items and receive them at Bella Sera when they are scheduled to arrive. We want to keep shipments flowing so that we can begin alterations immediately following this crisis.

If you reschedule your wedding, please let us know immediately. We will need to work out the logistics of upcoming alterations appointments.

We are teaming together with our favorite, trusted vendors to offer you services and specials should you need new vendors based on schedule changes. We will distribute this as soon as it is ready. Look for the #bostonweddingsunited hashtag to know these are reliable and competent vendors that will assist you in any way they can.

We know that these are scary time,s so please do not hesitate to email me directly about anything, any time. I can be reached at lisa@bellaserabride.com. I wish you the very best. We will all some back strong and determined once this crisis is remedied. Stay well, lovelies.

Warmly,
Lisa Almeida
